A minimal oval colour block design with painted silver stars fused in the centre of layers of periwinkle blue, red and clear kiln-fired glass.

I made these earrings individually from glass and mica paint, using a high temperature kiln as well as other tools and studio equipment. 

Holes are drilled in the glass drops for secure attachment to the ear hooks. The glass drops are about 5/8" by just under 3/4".
