Warranty and Returns
Please register your machine with Singer! Click Here to find the warranty registration online. This ensures your machine will be registered and can be replaced if you have issues.

Damaged on Arrival - If your machine arrives damaged, or breaks within the first 30 days, please contact us for help immediately for a replacement. We will cover the shipping cost to send you another machine and swap out the damaged model.
Returning the Machine - If you are unsatisfied with the machine, you may return it within 30 days from delivery. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return it, and all orders over $500 are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Please contact us for an Return Authorization Number before returning your machine.
