Echeveria ‘Black Madiba’
Dark and sculptural, ‘Black Madiba’ features thick, rippled leaves in deep burgundy to near-black tones. Its open rosette form gives it a bold, architectural look, with color that can shift to warmer copper hues under bright sun and dry conditions. In spring and fall, it may send up tall bloom stalks with vivid pink to red flowers.
Care
Echeveria thrive in bright light to maintain their color and compact form. Plant in well-draining soil and allow it to dry fully between waterings. Always use a container with drainage to prevent excess moisture.
Protect from frost—bring indoors if temperatures approach freezing and place in a sunny window or under a grow light.
