**WHAT IS LAG in a Golf swing and why it Matters? **

Lag is a powerful angle created between the club shaft and the lead forearm during the downswing. It’s a stored-up force – the secret behind the effortless power you see from elite players. Rather than releasing early and losing energy, proper lag delays the unhinging of the wrists until just before impact. This creates a whipping effect that maximizes clubhead speed and delivers explosive energy right into the ball.

WHY it MATTERS!

✔️ More Distance
The longer you maintain lag, the more speed you unleash at impact — leading to longer drives and crisper iron shots.

✔️ Better Compression
With proper lag, the clubface strikes the ball before the ground, creating a pure, penetrating flight that feels buttery smooth.

✔️ Consistency & Control
Maintaining lag puts your clubface in a stronger, square position through the hitting zone, increasing both accuracy and repeatability.

✔️ Effortless Power Unleash Effortless Power – Experience a swing so smooth it feels like second nature—delivering maximum distance with minimal strain.

✔️ Immediate Feedback
Clear beginner-friendly way to enhance proper swing habits, eliminating the guesswork.
