How long does a group class last? 50 Minutes

Do I need a partner? No partner needed — start solo or as a couple. Optional rotation in group classes.

What type of shoes should I wear for dance classes? Do you sell dance shoes at the studio? For dance classes, we recommend wearing elegant, dress shoes instead of sneakers or athletic shoes. Dance shoes should have smooth soles to slide easily on the dance floor, as rubber soles can leave marks on the wooden floor.
