Full Description

The Balto^® Neck Eco is a comfortable alternative to the traditional Elizabethan e-collar. Playfully known as the “cone of shame.” This breathable compression neck brace, made with non-neoprene material, prevents the extension of the neck to stop self-harming behaviors. This neck brace is not for cervical support. This brace can be worn alongside a pet’s harness without discomfort while maintaining an active lifestyle. The Eco brace is an excellent option for dogs in need of protection from biting, licking, or scratching wounds, allergies, or healing sites.

• Can be used in coordination with orthopedic bracing while training pets to adjust to their bracing; preventing damage to the brace or further injury.
• Protection self-harming behaviors like biting, licking or scratch at wounds
• Wound management; protection of bandages from biting, licking, gravity and friction

• One wide collar that can be placed on two different ways to best provide body-only coverage. The extended side can support below the neck, or in the opposite position, down the spine to help support flexion/extension of the neck
• Adjustable straps ensure an excellent fit

Comes in sizes xx-small through x-large. Not recommended for sighthounds and bulldogs due to anatomical differences. To find the best size for your pet, visit the sizing chart here.

All Balto® braces are made from high-quality materials, not neoprene, which is known to: collect bacteria, provide inadequate support, and wear down quickly. A variety of sizes ensure a secure fit. No pinching straps.

Recommended for all ages unless otherwise advised by veterinarians. Apply brace for balanced increments of time, if appropriate, for pets under the age of 2 to prevent possible growth disturbances.
