Sled Base Bar Stool — Strong, Streamlined, and Built to Last
Inspired by the clean geometry and durability of dog sleds from Lapland, the Sled Base Bar Stool combines a minimal footprint with refined form. Constructed from bent solid steel rod, this stool is both sturdy and elegant, ideal for high-use environments like kitchens, cafés, collaborative spaces, or touch-down zones.
The stool’s padded seat can be upholstered in fabric or leather, offering flexibility in texture and tone. A backrest option provides additional support where needed, while the base is available in a durable powder-coated finish using Koskela’s standard colour range — or finished in stainless steel for a polished industrial edge.
Available in three heights, the Sled Base Bar Stool is a versatile seating solution that balances function with understated style.
