• NITRUM® stainless-steel blade: The blade is made from a patented nitrogen-enhanced stainless-steel formula, delivering exceptional hardness, extraordinary cutting power and long-lasting edge retention. This unique composition ensures clean, precise cuts with every use, setting it apart from conventional blades.

• Symmetrical silk edge finish: Hand-sharpened to perfection, the silk-edge finish creates an exceptionally smooth cutting surface, allowing the blade to glide effortlessly through ingredients and ensuring accuracy with every slice.
