This Everfit 30kg 4in1 adjustable dumbbell set suits home workouts in a bedroom, garage or living room. It converts between dumbbell and barbell setups, so you can train with individual handles or a full barbell.

Each plate has a plastic casing filled with cement, which helps cushion impact, protect indoor floors and reduce noise. Textured non-slip handles and eight threaded spinlock collars keep plates secure during presses, curls and squats. For safety, don't stack more than two weights near the Barbell Connector, which is for connection only and not for load-bearing, and keep loads to 20kg maximum in Adjustable Macebell and Extended Dumbbell modes.
