Books are awesome, and so are the kids that read them.

When I Read… is an exploration of character education for young readers. Through the eyes of an unnamed everygirl and her pup sidekick, this story encourages kids to look at what it means to be their best selves - how your attitudes, values and choices ultimately make you who you are.

A delightful picture book with accessible text and beautiful illustrations, When I Read… offers an ideal mix of entertainment and education for young readers. In joining our heroine along her journey, kids will find the chance to look at themselves with a new perspective, and learn what it means to persevere, show respect, have integrity, and so much more.
