As a placement guide, space cedar blocks approximately 2–3 metres apart.

Protect your fabrics: Keep cedar away from direct contact with clothing, accessories, and other stored items to help prevent wood colour or natural oil transfer, particularly on white, light-coloured, and delicate fabrics.

Refresh the scent: Lightly sand the surface to refresh the natural cedar scent every 4–6 months, or when the aroma fades. Remove all sanding dust before returning rings and blocks to use.

For ongoing wardrobe care: Use cedar alongside regular cleaning and airing of your wardrobe or storage space. Inspect stored items every 6–12 months, depending on storage conditions. Replace rings and blocks when light sanding no longer restores the cedar scent.
