The Spot Joy Journal is an undated monthly planner that encourages users to build a consistent, mindful habit of noticing joy. Developed in close collaboration with author and wellness educator Alex Elle, this journal applies her daily practice of “joy spotting” - the act of naming small, meaningful moments - within a structured, elegant format that supports both consistency and creativity.


This is a product that blends intentional design with lived practice. It’s built to be used every day, and kept long after.
