Alocasia Chantrieri, also known as Alocasia × chantrieri André, is a rare collector hybrid prized for its dramatic metallic foliage and beautifully sculpted form. A cross between Alocasia cuprea and Alocasia sanderiana, it combines the dark, reflective character of Cuprea with the elongated shape, prominent pale veins, and undulating margins of Sanderiana. Its large, arrow shaped leaves display deep green to bluish metallic tones above with rich brown to burgundy undersides, creating an elegant, almost holographic appearance as the light moves across the foliage.
