Philodendron Sharoniae, is a highly sought after climbing aroid prized for its extraordinarily long, pendant leaves and deeply textured, pleated appearance. The foliage develops prominent veins and elegant rippling along the blade, creating a dramatic cascading effect as the plant matures. New leaves can emerge with beautiful peach to bronze tones before gradually deepening into rich green. Given warm temperatures, humidity, and a sturdy climbing support, Philodendron Sharoniae is a vigorous grower capable of producing increasingly impressive mature foliage. The species was named in honour of Sharon Christoph, wife of American botanist Christopher Davidson.
