Get your freak on in this Dale Mas Kinky Body pouch singlet.  The pouch is fully removable with snap buttons which then reveals a second softer pouch behind that contains a slit for your penis to slide through.  Sized by waist but if you are taller you may need to size up so it fits properly in height.  The butt is a jock brief style.
