Fit & care

Choose your size using the no-gi shorts waist chart, and check comfort through the hips and thighs before training. The 5-inch measurement is the inseam, not the full length of the shorts. Try on clean and unwashed before deciding whether to keep them.

Follow the garment label: wash cold and hang dry. Avoid high heat; these polyester-spandex shorts should not be heat-shrunk like a cotton gi.
