Why Train?

Hang this sign in your training space as a reminder of why you train—or as guidance for anyone else who sees it. Let the world know that training isn’t all about vanity.

Self-acceptance is the death of action.  Never accept a version of yourself that is ugly in spirit and weak in body/mind.
