Santa takes on a celestial twist in this distinctive Crescent Moon Santa Ornament from the Bert Anderson Collection. Shaped into a sweeping crescent moon, Santa’s expressive face, rosy cheeks and flowing white beard create an imaginative design that stands apart from traditional Santa ornaments.

Originally sculpted in clay by artist Bert Anderson, the design is reproduced in resin and carefully hand-painted to bring out the character and sculptural details. The elongated crescent shape gives the ornament an almost storybook quality while still keeping the familiar warmth of a classic Santa.

At approximately 5" tall x 4" wide, it is large enough to make an impression on a Christmas tree. It also makes a distinctive addition to an ornament stand, holiday wreath or Santa collection. Its unusual moon-shaped design makes it especially appealing for collectors looking for something a little different from the traditional Santa.
