Find your size

Measure your nipple base and size 0–4 mm larger — most prefer about 2 mm up. Example: a 17 mm base → try a 17–21 mm flange.

Pump compatibility

Ameda, Ardo, BabyBuddha, Cimilre, Lansinoh, Medela, Motif, and more (some may require an additional connector).

Care

Boil 3 minutes before first use. Skip the dishwasher; use UV or cold-water sterilization when possible.
