IRWIN FITNESS ADJUSTABLE METAL JERK BLOCKS

Save energy for overhead work without cleaning the bar from the floor on every rep. Built with a heavy-gauge steel framework and a dense rubber-topped landing zone, these adjustable jerk blocks handle heavy barbell drops while keeping noise and floor bounce to a minimum.

Features & Build Specs

• 1/4" Steel Top Plate with Rubber Lining: Capped with a 1/4" formed sheet of steel covered by a 1/2" high-impact rubber mat to deaden noise, absorb kinetic force, and stop iron from sliding off the deck.

• Heavy-Gauge Steel Frame: Constructed from 2" x 3" and 2" x 2" steel tubing with 7-gauge and 11-gauge corner gussets to eliminate frame flex under heavy drops.

• Pin-Adjustable Height: Quick-adjust mechanism changes block height from 30" up to 46" to match lifter height and movement range.

• 270 LB Base Weight (Per Block): Heavy overall mass keeps the blocks planted firmly on the floor without walking or tipping under off-center drops.

Training Advantage & Mechanics

Setting up overhead presses, jerks, and rack supports from blocks isolates the drive phase and saves your energy for heavy attempts:

• Targeted Overhead Work: Eliminates the fatigue of pulling and cleaning weights from the floor, letting you focus entirely on dip-and-drive mechanics and footwork.

• Impact & Bounce Suppression: The combination of thick rubber surfacing and reinforced internal gussets kills bar bounce on landing, protecting both your barbell and the floor.

• Secure Deck Fit: Formed steel edges prevent the rubber top layer from peeling or shifting over time under heavy edge drops.
