The first skate from Flying Eagle's new aggressive division, designed by Kenneth Dedeu — and the platform Ricardo Lino, who runs the division, skates himself.
It abandons UFS entirely. The bottom is flush, with no mounting plates, and the Soulframe bolts into the shell across eight points. That lets the second wheel sit directly beneath your foot, so the front rides as low as it physically can while the raised heel holds you forward.
The grind geometry is what you feel. The soulplate's toe and heel are raised and its edges dissolved, so you slide onto a ledge instead of catching. The royale groove is deliberately not sharp from the box — both walls settle into alignment after a few sessions, so the lock improves as you skate it rather than wearing out. Every shell gets a Soulframe built for it, so the wheelbase is right for your size: EU 36–37 247 mm, EU 38–39 251 mm, EU 40–41 258 mm, EU 42–43 265 mm, EU 44–45 272 mm.
The new last gives a wide toe box with a heel that still holds, and runs true to size.
Best for: park and street — grinds, transitions and technical work.
