The Shield swaps the closed sleeve for a hybrid open-back design in breathable mesh with elastic top straps, so it runs much cooler through a long session. REKD's custom-shaped kneecap gives extra stability through a slide, over heavy-duty impact-absorbing EVA foam. The wrist guards are dual-splint with 360° protection on nylon webbing straps.
