This four-panel folding screen has been handcrafted in India using reclaimed antique teak door panels, combining richly aged timber, decorative carving and striking blue glass.

Each panel features two beautifully carved flowerhead medallions set within moulded rectangular surrounds, with four panes of blue glass above. The glass varies in tone and texture, from deep cobalt blue to lighter shades with delicate embossed patterns.

The screen has two distinctly different finishes. One side retains layers of distressed blue and green paint, worn away over time to reveal the natural teak beneath. The reverse displays the rich brown patina of the original timber.

The four panels are connected by hinges, allowing the screen to be folded or arranged to suit the space.
