The Quietest Way To Round Off A Pale Wall
A half-round ceramic bead in glossy white, 2cm wide, made to give a tiled surface a softly raised edge without introducing a second colour from Hyperion Tiles, your official Ca'Pietra stockist.
Where a dark trim announces itself, white bead works by shadow alone. The profile stands out from the wall by two centimetres and the curve does everything else: a pale gleam over the top of the roll, a thin grey seam underneath it, and no contrast of colour whatsoever. Against plain metro or a glazed field it is very nearly invisible until the light moves.
Measuring 20 x 2 x 2cm in ceramic, it is specified for internal walls and sits naturally in bathrooms and shower areas, where the glossy surface catches whatever daylight reaches it. Sealing is not required. Ca'Pietra also produce this same bead in black and in olive green, so a scheme can hold one profile throughout and change the colour only where it needs to speak up.
