A Skirting Board That Shrugs Off Water
Ornamento Composite Skirting gives you a 13.3cm tall skirting that will not swell or rot in a wet room, and it comes two lengths to a box from Hyperion Tiles, your official Ca'Pietra stockist.
Timber skirting has always been the weak link in a bathroom or utility room. This one answers that directly: wood and resin pressed into a single premium composite, 13.3cm tall, a metre long and 1.6cm deep, with none of the appetite for moisture that a softwood board has.
Run it round a bathroom, a kitchen, a hallway, or outside, since the material is both water and weatherproof. Paint or stain it as you would any other board. The important number here is the box quantity. Skirting is packed two pieces to a box, so a six metre perimeter takes three boxes.
The Hyperion Family Promise
- Specified To Suit - Give us the perimeter of the room and we will convert it into boxes of two metre-long lengths.
- Genuine Ca'Pietra - Ca'Pietra manufacture this in the UK from a wood and resin composite, and we supply it unaltered.
- Bought With Your Tiles - Specify the skirting alongside your floor so the two are ordered and delivered as one job.
- Dedicated Delivery - We arrange safe, secure delivery for your project, with free UK delivery on orders over £1,000.
- Personalised Project Support - Ask us how the board should meet your door architrave and thresholds before you place the order.
⚠ How To Use
- Before You Start: Note the packing. Skirting comes two pieces to a box, where the Ornamento trims come four.
- Application: Cut and fix as you would a timber board, then paint or stain it to match the rest of the room.
- Coverage & Care: There is no sealing step. Being water and weatherproof, it suits a bathroom or an outdoor room equally.
