The Last Thing You Lay, And The First Thing You Lift
Protective Card by Ca'Pietra from Hyperion Tiles, your official Ca'Pietra stockist.
Tiling is rarely the final trade through a room, and a beautifully set floor can take a beating from everything that follows. Laid loose over the tiles, this card stands between your finished surface and the rest of the fit. Air still passes through it, so the drying that begins once the grouting is done carries on underneath, and the tiles cure as they should without being smothered.
The colour is grey, chosen to sit quietly against whatever interior it lands in rather than shout for attention across a half-finished room. Kitchens, bathrooms and utility spaces are its natural home, and it is intended for internal work throughout. It belongs in the toolkit alongside your spacers and sponges, bought by the square metre and kept to hand for the finishing stages.
The Hyperion Family Promise
- Specified To Suit - Measure the room, tell us the figure, and we will make sure enough sheets go out with your order to cover the whole floor.
- Genuine Ca'Pietra - This is Ca'Pietra's own product, ordered through the stockist relationship we hold with the brand.
- Bought With Your Tiles - Ordering it alongside your tiles keeps one delivery, one paperwork trail and one point of contact for the whole job.
- Dedicated Delivery - We arrange safe, secure delivery for your project, with free UK delivery on orders over £1,000.
- Personalised Project Support - From first sample to final protection, the Ascot team stays with your project rather than handing you off.
⚠ How To Use
- Before You Start: Intended for interiors only. Hold off until the grouting is finished, then work out how many square metres of floor you need to keep covered.
- Application: Set the sheets down loose across the tiled surface during the closing stages of the fit. No adhesive, no tape underneath, nothing bonded to your new floor.
- Coverage & Care: A square metre per sheet. Because airflow continues through the card, the tiles go on drying naturally while they are shielded from what happens above.
