Question 1

Is the lifetime warranty genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hush offers a genuine lifetime warranty. For the first 10 years, Hush covers shipping charges as well. After 10 years, you only pay for shipping, while Hush takes care of the rest.

Question 2

Who is The Orthopedic mattress for?

Accepted Answer

The Orthopedic mattress is designed for anyone who wants enhanced back support or prefers a firmer feel. It features the same 100% natural latex comfort layer as The Original, combined with a firmer high-density base designed to support spinal alignment.

Question 3

Is The Orthopedic mattress going to feel too hard?

Accepted Answer

No. The firmness comes from the support base rather than the surface. You still sleep on soft, springy natural latex, creating a supportive and grounded feel rather than a stiff one.

Question 4

Will The Orthopedic mattress help with back discomfort?

Accepted Answer

The firmer base is designed to support natural spinal alignment, which many people find helps with everyday back strain. The mattress is not a medical device, so anyone with a diagnosed or persistent condition should consult their doctor.

Question 5

Should I choose the 6 inch or 8 inch The Orthopedic mattress?

Accepted Answer

Both the 6 inch and 8 inch versions have the same supportive base and natural latex core. The 6 inch version offers a firmer, more supported feel, while the 8 inch version provides a deeper, more cushioned surface and is commonly preferred by side sleepers or people who like a plusher feel. Ideally, the combined height of your bed and mattress should not exceed 22 inches from the floor.

Question 6

Does The Orthopedic use the same natural latex as The Original?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Orthopedic uses the same 100% natural latex comfort layer as The Original. The latex is real natural latex, not synthetic or blended. The main difference is the firmer high-density support base underneath.
