NOTES

• In Person Meetings may be subject to travel charges.

• Within the City of Calgary NO CHARGE

• Outside the City of Calgary 72 cents per km each way, as per Revenue Canada

• If overnight stay is required a standard hotel night must be provided. 
• If more than 4 hours away from the City of Calgary a standard flight must be provided, along with airport parking and transportation to and from the airport or hotel.
