The ancient and historical city of Tabariya is located in the north of Palestine.  The blue Sea of Galilee (Lake Tiberias) comes to mind, hence this kufiya's blue background. Of course, we had to put the fishnet on this keffiyeh since fishing is one of the most important economic activities in the area.
