DOSING

2 pumps on the tongue is one dose.

Take the first dose while waiting to board the flight. Dose approximately every 2 hours during the flight, when you are awake. Once at your destination, you may wish to continue dosing 3 times a day for 2 days while your body adjusts to the new time zone.
