DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

We recommend dosing at the first sign of a migraine developing and repeating the dose every 30 minutes, reducing doses on improvement.

Maximum 12 doses in 24 hours.

If you anticipate a migraine developing, we recommend taking a dose every 4-6 hours as a preventative.

90ml bottle = 230 doses
