The Helix Twilight is a firm mattress designed for side sleepers to help relieve pressure points and get quality sleep. Created with input from ergonomic scientists and sleep PhDs, the Helix Twilight uses individually wrapped coils and premium foams to cushion your shoulders and hips, where side sleepers need the most support. On a scale of 1-10 where 10 is the firmest, the Helix Twilight feels like an 8: responsible and lively, with more pushback than a medium.
