The Hopara is HOKA’s take on the hiking sandal. It’s a unisex, closed-toe hybrid made to cross wet and dry terrain alike.

The synthetic upper has strategic cutouts that let water drain out quickly while still holding the foot securely in place. A neoprene collar adds flexibility and comfort around the ankle, and a quick-lace system makes the fit easy to adjust. Underfoot, a rubberised EVA midsole gives a cushioned but responsive feel. A rubberised toe cap protects against rocks and roots, and the sticky rubber outsole with 4mm multidirectional lugs grips across changing ground.

It has the protection and traction of a trail shoe with the drainage of a sandal, so river crossings and wet tracks don’t slow you down.
