Flatwater, fishing, expedition: improved tracking anywhere, fully retracts. The 9" Tracking StompFin™ gives you extra fin surface area for improved ferry hold, effortless river crossings, and a powerful, locked-in drive wherever you paddle. Great for lake days, fishing floats, and multi-day expedition runs, it makes tracking almost effortless and turns a casual paddle into a purposeful one.

Like all StompBox fins, the spring holds the 9" Tracking StompFin locked at full depth at all times, not gravity, not water flow. Hit a rock and it deflects cleanly, springing back to full deployment before your next stroke. Collapses fully into the StompBox 2.0 and 2.5, and down to 3.5" in the StompBox 1.0. Compatible with StompBox 1.0, 2.0, and 2.5.

Swap to the 4.5" StompFin for low-water runs and rock gardens. See the full Hala fin lineup.
