The one, the only, the legend, we give you the Microplane Zester Grater. Born in 1994 when a home cook grew frustrated with her dull grater and in desperation purchased a woodworking tool, at last finding the sharp tool suited for zesting oranges for her orange cake. Today when people ask for a zester grater, that Microplane sharpness is what they expect. The teeth on a Microplane grater outperform the competition due to photo-etching. Those teeth are super sharp and they stay sharp. Get the real thing.
