Everyone that cooks meat, on the stovetop or the grill, will need a good instant read thermometer. I always reach for this one from CDN. It turns on and, as advertised, displays the temperature instantly in big, legible numbers. Don't risk your health by guessing if that turkey burger is cooked inside. Don't risk sending that pricey cut of beef soaring past medium rare! Simple to use, easy to read, dependable, end of story.
