Hygrophila Willow (Hygrophila angustifolia) is a beautiful freshwater aquarium plant that’s both hardy and beginner-friendly. Known for its long, narrow leaves that sway gracefully in the current, this plant resembles the flowing branches of a willow tree and adds elegant movement to any aquascape.

Hygrophila Willow is fast-growing and produces numerous side shoots, making it easy to propagate and fill your tank with lush greenery. While it shares the same adaptability as other Hygrophila species, this variety benefits from medium lighting to maintain healthy growth and vibrant leaves.

Perfect for midground to background placement, Hygrophila Willow provides height, texture, and natural shelter for fish and shrimp. Its fast growth also makes it a great choice for helping control algae in planted tanks.
