Peacock Moss

Peacock Moss is a really unique aquarium moss that's become more and more popular in the hobby. Its growth can look a little similar to Flame Moss, but it has its own branching pattern and texture that really stands out once it starts filling in.

This is an easy, low-light moss that doesn't require CO2, making it a great option for beginners and low-tech tanks. It is a slower grower, so give it some time to get established!

Like most mosses, we especially love Peacock Moss for shrimp tanks. All of that dense growth creates extra surface area for shrimp to graze on and gives baby shrimp plenty of little places to hide.
