The RMC Blitz X Series Commercial Plate Loaded Hack Squat is a heavy-duty lower-body strength machine designed for controlled squat training with strong support through the shoulders, back and feet.

Its guided movement system helps maintain a stable squat path, while the large angled foot platform allows users to adjust stance and foot position to suit different training preferences. The machine places strong emphasis on the quadriceps and glutes while also engaging the hamstrings and calves.

Supportive shoulder pads and a full back pad help secure the user during heavier sets, while the plate-loaded resistance system allows progressive overload for strength and hypertrophy training. Integrated Olympic plate storage pegs help keep the training area organised and make weight changes more convenient.

Built with a robust commercial steel frame, the RMC Blitz X Series Hack Squat is designed for frequent use in commercial gyms, bodybuilding facilities and strength training environments.
