This is your Labor Day.

Northeast canyon edges. Gulf coast deepwater rigs. The grounds off San Diego. Labor Day weekend is peak tuna season, and the fishermen who know it aren't in the backyard.
They left Friday. They're back Monday.  Burnt, salt-crusted, blood on the deck, ice packed tight in the box.
