The upper is soft, matte-finish premium nubuck leather, creating a versatile look for walking, work, travel, casual outfits, and all-day wear in warm or cool weather. The foot-shaped design includes a wide toe box for natural toe room and a zero-drop, no-toe-spring platform that keeps the heel and forefoot level. A thin leather insole and cowhide midsole soften and mold to the foot after several days of wear. Minimal natural-latex padding at the heel adds comfort without excessive cushioning. Direct GroundSync™ technology uses a proprietary conductive carbonized-rubber interior outsole pad, supported by a solid copper rivet and silver conductive stitching. The gum-rubber outer ring provides grip and traction. Interior materials include a CR/metal-free buffalo-leather footbed and CR/metal-free sheepskin lining.
