A single titanium rear axle nut, machined from certified Grade 5 6AL-4V, offered in four sizes: M12 for most e-motos, M14 for the Altis Sigma and 79Bike Falcon Pro, and M20 for the 2026 Altis Sigma or the Sur Ron Ultra Bee. Select the size for your axle and one of nine finishes.
Fitment:
NOTE: Check the thread size and pitch of your axle before ordering; the four sizes are not interchangeable. Install with a torque wrench to spec and do not over-torque.
The rear axle nut is the one fastener on the bike that comes off for every tire change and chain adjustment, and the stock steel nut shows it: rounded corners, surface rust and a face that chews up the washer. A titanium nut stays clean, keeps its hex sharp and will not rust to the axle threads.
Titanium Surron rates the nut at 45% lighter than OEM and credits the certified Grade 5 6AL-4V alloy with the same strength as steel at 45% of the weight. The threads are rolled, which the maker says gives better fatigue strength than cut threads on a part that is loaded and unloaded constantly.
Four sizes cover the field. M12 is the common size the maker lists for the Sur Ron LBX, Segway X160 / X260, Talaria Sting and XXX, E Ride Pro, Rerode R1, 79Bike Falcon and similar light e-motos. M14 is for the Altis Sigma and 79Bike Falcon Pro, and M20 is offered separately for the 2026 Altis Sigma and the Sur Ron Ultra Bee. Each size comes in Blue, Burnt Blue, Black, Gold, Green, Purple, Rainbow, Teal or raw titanium.
