An 11-piece Grade 5 titanium bolt kit for the Fox 40 and Bomber 58 forks. It includes four 18 mm bolts for the axle pinch and seven 15 mm bolts for the upper and lower triple clamps. Nine anodized and PVD finishes.

NOTE: Do not exceed 65 in-lbs of torque on the fork hardware. Use a torque wrench; titanium bolts snap when over-torqued.

If you have put a Fox 40 or Bomber 58 on your e-moto, the clamp and pinch bolts are the last OEM steel left on the front end, and Titanium Surron says that steel does not hold up the way titanium does. This kit replaces all eleven with titanium in Blue, Burnt Blue, Black, Gold, Green, Purple, Rainbow, Teal or Silver.

Titanium Surron uses certified Grade 5 (6AL-4V) titanium with rolled threads, which the maker rates for greater fatigue strength than cut threads. By the maker's numbers the alloy matches steel for strength at 45% of the weight and the kit comes in 45% lighter than the OEM bolts. Every piece is anodized or PVD coated for corrosion resistance.

The torque limit matters more here than on most hardware. Titanium Surron caps it at 65 in-lbs for this kit, so set each bolt with a torque wrench and stop at the limit.
