The KBS Generation is KBS's iron shaft for younger players with lower swing speeds. KBS based it on the same EI curve as the KBS MAX to help juniors launch the ball higher while adding spin and accuracy. This listing is the 0.370" parallel-tip chrome steel version in R2 (90 g) or R/S (95 g) flex: one 38" length you trim for each iron.
Before you order: KBS's parallel shaft is a single length that is tip and butt trimmed to fit, and trimming can change how it plays. A 3-iron to PW set takes 8 shafts.

How It Plays
Built for juniors. KBS designed the Generation for the younger generation of players, who swing slower than adults and need help with height.
MAX bend curve. KBS based it on the same EI curve as the KBS MAX, so a young player gets a higher launch with added spin and accuracy.
Junior sizing. Our figures list the R2 at 90 g and the R/S at 95 g, both 38" raw. KBS gives it a 0.560" butt (smaller than an adult shaft's) and a chrome finish.

Will It Fit Your Irons?
This shaft is for irons with a 0.370" parallel-tip hosel. KBS makes it as a single length: each shaft is tip trimmed and butt trimmed for the iron it goes in, so order one per club (8 for a 3-iron to PW set).
