This is a pack of 8 Iomic Sticky Mid 4.4 grips, all in one color, enough for a set of irons and wedges. The Sticky Mid 4.4 is the midsize Sticky grip. It's built in two layers: a firmer inner core made from recycled Iomic grips, under a soft outer layer of new IOMAX. You get the tacky Sticky surface with a little more support underneath. Same 56 g grip on an M60 core as our single Sticky Mid 4.4 page, and grip tape and solvent are not included.
Not sure of your size? Measure from the crease of your wrist to the tip of your middle finger, then check our grip size guide.
Installing them yourself? Add our installation kit (14 tape strips plus solvent) and follow our regripping guide.
Good fit if you...
Not the right fit if you...
Soft outside, firmer inside. The two-layer build is what sets the Mid apart from the smaller Sticky sizes. Your hands touch soft, tacky IOMAX, but the grip doesn't squish when you hold on tight.
More stable than the standard Sticky. The Mid rates 1.9 on Iomic's torque scale, lower than the Sticky 2.3 at 2.7.
Coming from standard grips? Each Mid is 6 g heavier than a 50 g Sticky 2.3. At about 1 swingweight point for every 5 g, the heads will feel a little over 1 point lighter. Most golfers stop noticing after a range session.
Doing the set in one sitting. One tape strip on each club means this pack needs 8 strips. Our installation kit has 14, so you'll have 6 left over. Cut the old grips off and clean the shafts first, then work through them one after another so every grip sets up the same. Building them up to feel like a bigger midsize? Each extra wrap is another strip on each club. Here's how to build up with grip tape.
