This is a pack of 8 Iomic Black Armor 2 Sticky Evolution 2.3 Standard grips in black with a blue cap and logo, enough for a set of irons and wedges. The Sticky Evolution 2.3 is Iomic's hybrid-style grip in standard size: the cord-like X-Evolution texture under your top hand and the softer, tacky Sticky pattern under your bottom hand. Same 50 g grip on an M60 core as our single Sticky Evolution 2.3 page. Grip tape and solvent are not included.
Not sure of your size? Measure from the crease of your wrist to the tip of your middle finger, then check our grip size guide.
Installing them yourself? Add our installation kit (14 tape strips plus solvent) and follow our regripping guide.
Good fit if you...
Not the right fit if you...
Grip where you need it. The top half has the cord-like X-Evolution texture, so your lead hand has edges to hold. Down low it switches to the Sticky pattern, which is smoother and lets your trail hand stay relaxed.
Firm and solid in your hands. One reviewer called it high quality and very firm. Another wanted more tack than it gives, so if soft and sticky is your priority, the Sticky 2.3 fits better.
Same torque as the Sticky. It rates 2.7, the same as the Sticky 2.3, so you're adding texture up top without changing how much the grip twists.
Doing the irons in one sitting. Plan on one tape strip for each club, so 8 strips for this pack; the installation kit's 14 leaves you spares. Get all the old grips off and the shafts clean before you start, then go club to club. Keep the logos lined up the same way so the texture change from top half to bottom half lands in the same place every time.
