The Ceado Rev Steel On-Demand Espresso Grinder strikes the perfect balance between a smooth body and flavour clarity, and is an excellent choice for mid-volume establishments seeking a fast, dependable, and user-friendly grinder without compromising on quality.

With temperature-stabilizing features, and Ceado original ⌀83mm flat burrs, the Rev Steel Espresso Grinder excels at maintaining consistency while preserving flavour complexity.

⌀83mm Flat Steel Burrs
At Ceado, all burr sets are designed and manufactured in-house, where "flavour takes shape" and every detail is tracked to ensure perfect synchronization between burr and grinder.
The Rev Steel's ⌀83mm stainless-steel burrs are robustly built, estimated to increase lifespan by up to 900kg (1984.16lbs). Their unique blade geometry focuses on achieving the rich, syrupy body of classic espresso while preserving subtle aromatic compounds (i.e. flavour).

Portafilter Activation Module (PFA)
Use the Portafilter Activation Module for time-based dosing. If you would prefer to grind by weight, eliminating the need to manually weigh the portafilter before each shot, the Rev Titan accomodates an easily interchangeable Weight Adjustment Module (WAM) (sold separately). It can be mounted in under two minutes, even post-grinder installation.

Steady Lock System
The Rev Steel Espresso Grinder comes equipped with Ceado's Steady Lock System. This essential feature counteracts the negative effects of heat expansion, ensuring that a precise distance is always maintained between the burrs.
Even at heavy volumes, the Rev Steel is built to deliver a consistent particle size and flavour profile, eliminating the need for calibration halfway through the day (and saving coffee in the process).

Grounds Temperature Management
Because a stable and low grinding temperature is key for consistent flavour extraction, the Rev Steel comes equipped with the following features to regulate heat buildup:
- A heat sink around the burrs to constantly remove large amounts of heat.
- A shaft that separates the burrs from the motor to prevent heat transmission.
- Ample insulation to prevent heat transmission through the shaft.
- Active internal airflow management to support temperature stability at any pace.
Noise Reduction
The Rev Steel Espresso Grinder is designed to provide a quiet, peaceful café ambience, with special features in place to prevent the transmission of vibrations. These include:
- A 2.5kg (88.18oz) grind chamber for better noise insulation.
- Rubber rings to reduce noise propagation.
- A motor that is separated from the burrs, and mounted on a suspension system, to prevent the transmission of vibrations.
Advanced Leveling Intelligent Grinding Nexus (ALIGN)
Never feel lost when it comes to your espresso's grind setting. The Rev Steel pairs high-precision stepless adjustment with a large, easy-to-read digital display, allowing you to confidently monitor your grind setting while making micro-adjustments in one, swift move. Perfect for multitasking.

Easy-to-Clean Design
The top of the grind chamber can be removed with only three screws, making the Rev Steel resoundingly easy to clean, inspect, and maintain. After reassembly, no grind adjustment is necessary.
With a maintenance process that is exceptional in its simplicity, you can avoid any margin of error or unnecessary down time. More convenient features include:
- A removable air filter to prevent dust and dirt from entering the inner parts of the grinder, with a cleaning reminder that periodically appears when maintenance is necessary.
- A removable exit chute, loosened via a safety screw along with the safety metal flap for cleaning. Four guides assist you in placing it back, eliminating any chance of error.
Digital Interface, Technology Made in Italy
The user interface of the Rev Steel Espresso Grinder is state-of-the-art, ensuring intuitive use for every feature and customizable dose settings. It also includes a programmable air flow, maintenance alerts, five grinding activation modes, and a comprehensive digital menu that places you in control.

With a focus on ground temperature stability, weight precision, and maintaining a consistent particle size distribution, the Rev Steel Espresso Grinder provides a great balance between body and flavour clarity.
