Here are some before-washing (rough) measurements in inches. They are cotton and will shrink some:

Waist (across, laying flat, snapped closed): Small: 7.25", Medium: 8", Large: 8"

Rise (back, laying flat): Small: 7.5", Medium: 8", Large: 8.5" 

Hips (widest part just above leg, laying flat, snapped closed): Small: 9.75", Medium: 10", Large: 10.3"

Leg opening (laying flat, snapped closed): 4 inches all sizes

Care instructions: Pre-wash warm, wash hot, rinse warm, tumble dry low or hang dry. Use additive free detergent, no fabric softeners, no bleach, use cloth-diaper safe baby ointment only.
