Join Chef Jerry in his VERY popular cookie decorating workshop! Learn his favorite shortbread cookie recipe for decorated cookies. From there you will make two types of royal icing for flooding and outlining the cookies. You will also learn how to color the icing with an assortment of gel colors.  Each student will have six pre-made sugar cookies to decorate and take home.
