The Kumi Duffle is a structured weekender built for overnight trips, gym days and carry-on travel. The full jacquard body is framed by genuine leather handles and straps, with a wide top zip opening onto a roomy main compartment and a detachable shoulder strap for hands-free carry.
Kumi · Sumi black. Kumi is woven in Bishamon kikkō, an interlocking hexagon motif named for Bishamonten, the armored guardian deity of warriors whose armor bore the pattern. The hexagon has long symbolized the tortoise shell and the long life it stands for. Three hexagons locked together form each unit, and the name Kumi, from the Japanese verb “to assemble,” honors the way each piece interlocks to protect the whole. Woven tone-on-tone in deep sumi black, it reads as solid black from across the room and reveals itself up close.
